The multi-disciplinary advisory, engineering, surveying and project management firm Craig & Rhodes has announced a changing of the guard adding four new faces to the shareholders table effective 1 July 2021.
Well known industry stalwart Andrew Halmarick will remain the major shareholder and CEO of the company. Andrew Halmarick will be joined at the company director’s table by Frank Carrozza, Ben Meyer, Minh Tran and Minh Vu. Andrew Thomas, Ian Piper and Duncan Sim will step down as shareholders but continue in their roles at the company.
Mr Halmarick said the new band of shareholders is an exciting step in the company’s almost 100-year history.
“This change represents a deliberate strategic approach to ensure we leverage off our recent growth and embed new thinking, ideas and energy into the company and its culture to spearhead our ambitious plans.
“We are focused on strengthening the power of our multidisciplinary team to bring whole-of-project thinking to our clients and continue to offer them seamless service right through advisory, engineering, surveying and project management.
“Our new Directors are already well known and respected leaders in their professions and amongst our clients; they all bring extensive experience across our disciplines and a dedication to providing value and great outcomes for our clients.
“We at Craig & Rhodes are proud that we’ve been able to foster and grow such high-quality talent, who will now lead us into the future.
“We thank Andrew Thomas, Ian Piper and Duncan Sim for their service as Directors; they will remain in their current roles and will be important stewards on this new era for the company,” said Mr Halmarick.
