Approval of 223 housing project in Box Hill, NSW.
Craig & Rhodes is excited to announce, on behalf of our client Eden Investment Group, that we have secured approval for a 223 integrated housing project at Box Hill.
Our in house team provided planning, civil engineering, project management & surveying services on the project in collaboration with Architects – Rothelowman & Arcadia Landscape Architecture.
Built form provides a mix of contemporary terrace dwellings ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms including adaptable housing that will be complimented by a community park, swimming pool and recreational facilities.
Key design complexities included steep terrain & drainage issues that required a terraced response to dwelling design & retaining walls whilst complying with density & DCP controls, ILP road layout amendments & consideration of adjoining developments.
Key to securing approval for the project was the team based workshop approach and collaboration between client & design that allowed design issues to be identified and resolved across engineering, architecture and landscape.
