We are seeking a friendly and professional receptionist to join our team at office in the heart of Rhodes - close to public transport and shopping. This is a temp to perm role and we are seeking someone who is available for an immediate start!

In this role you will report directly to the Office Manager and undertake a range of duties, including:-

  • Being the first point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors. This includes answering and directing calls taking messages, and greeting guests.
  • Maintaining front desk presentation.
  • Maintain meeting room cleanliness.
  • Coordinating couriers, mail, and packaging.
  • Assisting with the preparation of invoices, proposals and tenders.
  • Administrative duties such as word processing, photocopying, printing, and filing.

The successful candidate must possess the following attributes:-

  • Professional phone manner and personal presentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Intermediate MS Office (Word and Excel) skills
