Craig & Rhodes were engaged to prepare a survey of this site in Longueville, which would form the basis for planning and design by the Client's consultants (architect, planner and engineer).

The survey provided vital site information including:
- title details
- lot dimensions of area
- building location and details
- site levels and contours
- tree information and
- service locations.

Furthermore, the survey was extended to include information on adjoining sites. This assists in determining the impact of the development on adjoining sites, such as overshadowing, site lines and privacy.
Detailed internal measurements were also undertaken to assist the architect in his design.
The final survey was provided in a 3D electronic form to enable use in consultants design software.
