This ongoing involvement and wealth of development knowledge allows us to plan, manage and develop sites to ensure the objectives of our clients, the consideration of the environment and the delivery of the project is undertaken efficiently, effectively and on budget.

Craig & Rhodes was engaged by Urban Pacific to undertake extensive planning for the residential development of North Epping.

The site has been divided into two community lots providing 13 and 9 residential lots respectively.  Extensive planning was necessary to retain significant trees and protected vegetation on the site.  In addition, Development Application representations at the Land and Environment Court and ongoing consulting advice, has been provided to successfully secure development consent.
