Second Ponds Creek is a large scale subdivision in western Sydney.   Craig & Rhodes has been appointed Project Managers and surveyors by Australand in their joint venture with Landcom to assist with the development of Stage 1.

Second Ponds Creek comprises 1,300 allotments.
In addition to the residential component of the project there is also a Primary School, commercial site, proposed residential display village and extensive landscaped works.

Craig & Rhodes are currently engaged to provide:

  • Project Management
  • Development Application Planning and Advice
  • Contract Superintendency and
  • All surveying services
This muliti disciplined approach will ensure the efficient and cost effective delivery of the project in accordance with our Client's needs.
