Craig & Rhodes are reguarly instructed  to undertake feasibilities of development sites for aquisition by Developers.

The example within Case Study 2 covers feasibility work undertaken at Warriewood which demonstrates the extensive site constraint and development cost analysis required to ensure that an accurate per lot development lot is established to allow a realistic aquisition price to be paid for the land.

Craig & Rhodes has developed extensive Excel software to ensure that a prompt and reliable development cost is established to assist with all aquisition developments.
