Craig & Rhodes has been extensively involved in the management & design of this 17 lot community title development on behalf of Mirvac Projects.

Due to the complex characteristics of this unique site, numerous plans and designs have been required to comply with Land & Environment Court conditions and to achieve the remediation of the site.

 

Extensive site remediation and regrading involving the excavation and reinstatement of 30,000 cubic metres of material required complex design plans & liaison with geotechnical & structural engineers.

In addition, Craig & Rhodes provided design plans for road & drainage, on site detention, sewer & water mains, construction management & service authority management.
