Craig & Rhodes has provided detailed design plans for the large scale extension of the Stanhope Shopping Village at Stanhope Gardens for Mirvac Projects.

Our designs provided for the 600 car space extension of the existing car park together with the modeling of existing and future piped drainage systems to accommodate all future development options for the site.

A feature of the design was the need to excavate and relocate 100,000 cubic metres of surplus material to provide for the car park.

Craig & Rhodes sucessfully designed these works and contributed to the disposal outcomes.
